Hi, I’m Deb
I’m an LPC-A in East Dallas helping adults and couples find the internal resources to feel authentic, connected, and strong.
I work with adults and couples to find evidence-based, practical approaches to problems. Our work will honor the uniqueness of your experience while unlocking your potential for a peaceful, purposeful life.
I start with the clinician/client relationship - building our connection will be one way we learn about your patterns. From there we use a combination of CBT, ACT, EFT and other tools to find skills that work with your life.
I work with clients in person and via telehealth in Texas. I focus on clients who can’t afford insurance, as Texas has the highest rate of uninsured individuals in the US.
